VIP Limousine Holland Terms and Conditions

By utilizing the services of VIP Limousine Holland, you agree to adhere to the following terms and conditions:

Article 1: Reservations

1.1 Reservations can be made through our online platform or via email at info@viplimousineholland.com.

1.2 VIP Limousine Holland will provide confirmation of your booking via email.

1.3 Reservations are considered valid upon receipt of a prepayment. Any reservation lacking the prepayment will be deemed invalid.

1.4 For sedan and minivan vehicles:

  • When booking a minimum of 48 hours in advance of the scheduled departure, we guarantee the availability of a car with a driver for pick-ups in Amsterdam or at AMS Schiphol Airport.
  • Reservations made within 48 hours of the scheduled departure will be handled on a best-effort basis. In cases of unavailability, we will cancel the booking and issue a refund.
  • In the event the requested vehicle is unavailable, we will make contact to offer an alternative vehicle. If we cannot reach you, we will provide transportation using the alternative vehicle.

1.5 For sedan and minivan vehicles:

  • Changes to your reservation are free of charge when made at least 7 days before the scheduled pick-up time.
  • Changes made within 7 days of the scheduled pick-up time may incur additional fees.

For the Maybach, midi Buses, and Coaches:

  • Changes to your reservation are free of charge when made at least 23 days before the scheduled pick-up time.
  • Changes made within 23 days may incur additional fees.

Article 2: Liability

2.1 The tenant assumes responsibility for themselves and their accompanying party.

2.2 Any damage caused to the vehicle by passengers will be the financial responsibility of the tenant.

2.3 Smoking or drug use is strictly prohibited within our vehicles.

2.4 Consumption of personal food or beverages is not permitted in our vehicles.

2.5 In the event a passenger becomes ill and causes damage to the vehicle, VIP Limousine Holland reserves the right to charge a minimum cleaning fee of €250, in addition to potential income spoilage costs, depending on the vehicle hired.

Article 3: Arrival Instructions

3.1 Upon arrival at the Airport, please ensure your mobile phone is powered on. Our chauffeur will send you a text message with details on where to meet.

3.2 If you are unable to locate our chauffeur and are unable to establish contact via their mobile phone, kindly contact VIP Limousine Holland immediately.

3.3 In the case of flight delays, please notify us promptly to adjust your pick-up time accordingly. There are no additional costs for delays of up to 5 hours from the original arrival time; however, delays exceeding 5 hours will incur a minimum fee of €75.

3.4 Any changes to your flight number or date should be communicated immediately to VIP Limousine Holland. Changes or cancellations made within 48 hours of the original departure date are non-refundable.

Article 4: Transfers

4.1 Our rates are applicable exclusively to transfers with pick-up or drop-off addresses within Amsterdam or AMS Schiphol Airport.

4.2 When making an online booking with a pick-up or drop-off address outside of Amsterdam or AMS Schiphol Airport, additional charges will apply for extra kilometers and time required to reach the location.

4.3 The cost of additional stops during a transfer is a minimum of €50, dependent on the vehicle hired and the duration of the stop.

Article 5: Waiting Time

5.1 For International and European flights: We provide 70 minutes of free waiting time following the plane’s landing. After this period, a minimum charge of €50 (dependent on waiting time) will be applied.

5.2 For city transfers or transfers to the Airport: We offer 15 minutes of free waiting time after the scheduled departure time. Subsequently, a minimum charge of €30 (dependent on waiting time) will be applied.

Article 6: Hourly/As Directed

6.1 The minimum duration for hiring our Hourly/As Directed service is 3 hours, calculated from our Amsterdam garage to our Amsterdam garage.

6.2 For every hour of service, we include 30 kilometers free of charge. Beyond this allocation, we will apply additional fees for extra kilometers, which vary depending on the vehicle selected.

6.3 If the Hourly/As Directed service concludes in a city other than Amsterdam or AMS Schiphol Airport, we will bill for the extra kilometers and time required to return to Amsterdam.

Article 7: Force Majeure

7.1 VIP Limousine Holland cannot be held accountable for any delays, alterations, or cancellations of service resulting from force majeure or unforeseeable circumstances beyond our control. Such circumstances may encompass accidents involving third parties along the transfer route, unexpected traffic congestion, unforeseen vehicle breakdowns, police checkpoints, acts of terrorism, extreme weather conditions, malfunctioning reservation systems, and more.

7.2 VIP Limousine Holland bears no responsibility for errors made by subcontractors.

7.3 Costs arising from cancellations due to force majeure are non-refundable.

Article 8: Lost Property

8.1 VIP Limousine Holland is not responsible for lost items in the vehicles.

Article 9: Cancellations

9.4 For the Maybach, midi buses, and Coaches:

  • When you cancel your reservation or a part of your reservation before 23 days of the scheduled pick-up time, there is no cancellation fee.
  • When you cancel your reservation or a part of your reservation between 14 and 23 days before the scheduled pick-up time, there is a 50% cancellation fee.
  • When you cancel your reservation or a part of your reservation between 3 and 14 days before the scheduled pick-up time, there is a 75% cancellation fee.
  • When you cancel your reservation or a part of your reservation within 3 days, there is a 100% cancellation fee.

9.5 We cannot refund the amount of entrance tickets or other items purchased in advance for you.

9.6 We cannot refund the amount of overnight(s) booked in advance for the driver.

9.7 Cancellations are considered valid when VIP Limousine Holland receives a cancellation by email.

9.8 VIP Limousine Holland is always allowed to cancel a reservation due to an error in the reservations system or due to force majeure without a penalty. VIP Limousine Holland will always provide a refund when the reservation is paid. The refund amount will not exceed the amount of the reservation.

9.9 When we issue a refund, it will be minus a 3% handling fee.

Article 10: No Show Policy

10.1 In the case of a No Show, 100% of the amount will be deducted, and no refund will be provided.

10.2 For pick-up transfers from the Airport, we will charge a no-show fee 15 minutes after the baggage is handled, and you are not at the arrival halls/gate.

10.3 For city transfers, we will charge a no-show fee 30 minutes after the scheduled departure time if you are not at the pick-up address.

Article 11: Discount Codes

11.1 Discount codes are only valid for the specific service that VIP Limousine Holland has approved.

11.2 In cases of fraud, we reserve the right to cancel the booking.

Article 12: Vehicles

12.1 VIP Limousine Holland guarantees that our vehicles are continuously monitored to prevent possible breakdowns.

12.2 If a breakdown occurs, and the vehicle cannot continue, VIP Limousine Holland will arrange for another vehicle, or the tenant will be compensated for the remainder of the ride.

12.3 We commit to providing Mercedes vehicles. If a Mercedes vehicle is unavailable for any reason, VIP Limousine Holland will supply a vehicle equivalent to a Mercedes.

Article 13: Rates

13.1 Our rates are inclusive of all local taxes, meet & greet Airport pick-up service with a nameplate, free wifi on board, and bottled water. Our rates do not include 9% VAT.

13.2 We do not charge administration costs, parking costs at the Airport or in the cities, fuel surcharges, gratuity costs, or State sales taxes.

13.3 In some cases, we may charge parking costs for the Mercedes Sprinter buses and Touring Coaches.

13.4 Our rates do not cover the driver’s lunch, dinner, and overnight expenses. We only charge a fee for lunch and dinner for bookings of 8 hours and more.

13.5 A night surcharge of 15% will apply between 10:00 PM – 06:00 AM.

Article 14: Payments

14.1 Payments can be made via credit card, bank transfer, PayPal, and Ideal payments.

14.2 When making a payment by bank transfer, we require the full amount with no shared bank costs.

14.3 There will be an additional fee of 3% for payments made with a credit card or PayPal.

Article 15: On-time Guarantee

15.1 We offer a 100% on-time pickup guarantee. 

15.2 This guarantee does not apply in the following cases:

  • Force Majeure (definitions of force majeure can be found in Article 7).
  • Bookings made by our partners for midi Buses or Coaches.

Article 16: Privacy

16.1 VIP Limousine Holland complies with GDPR legislation and only processes data necessary to provide excellent service. We handle your information with care and do not sell it to third parties.

Article 17: Copyright

17.1 VIP Limousine Holland does not grant permission to third parties to use and/or copy texts and/or photos from our website. Any unauthorized use will result in legal action.
