Cancellation policy
No cancellation fee when cancelled at least 23 days before the scheduled pickup time. A 3% handling fee applies to refunds. Later cancellations incur charges in accordance with Article 9 of our Terms and Conditions.
Tickets and other services purchased in advance, as well as pre-booked driver accommodation, are non-refundable. Cancellations are valid once received by email.
